Welcome to the Barrie/Simcoe County Branch home page. Inaugurated in 2006, our branch continues to grow with members representing a wide variety of businesses and organizations throughout the Barrie and Simcoe County region. Monthly speaker series focus primarily on professionally-related topics that are current and relevant to office administrators. We warmly welcome guests to our meetings. Join us for an Information Session on September 1st at Georgian College (click here for flyer). This is a great chance to learn more about the Barrie/Simcoe County Branch of the Association of Administrative Assistants and the Qualified Administrative Assistant program offered through Georgian College.
Our first branch meeting on September 21st will feature our popular interactive event with break-out groups discussing career-relevant topics that affect our daily work and life. Pre-selected topics (based on a survey of members) will be discussed in groups with the goal to realize creative ideas and solutions by all participants. Guests always welcome, see attached flyer.

Back to School Time! As an adult learner, going "back to school" in the fall is exciting, refreshing and something to look forward to.
